Internet Explorer Security Settings
If you are running Internet Explorer, and have your security settings for the
Internet Zone set to "High", then may experience problems with this site such
as:
-
Certain searches may not work correctly (such as pulling down the Show combo
box on the welcome screen)
-
Attempting to download documents after you purchase them creates the error
"Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded"
-
Add Transcripts.TV
to your Trusted Sites list
-
Change your security settings for the Internet Zone to Medium
-
Use a different browser (such as Netscape or Mozilla Firefox)
Here are the steps to add Transcripts.TV to your Trusted Sites list

In Internet Explorer, pull down the Tools menu and select Internet Options
-
Select the Security Tab
-
Click on the Trusted Sites Icon
-
Make sure the security level is set to Medium or lower
-
Click on the Sites button
-
Uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
-
Enter in transcripts.tv
under "Add this Web site to the zone"
-
Click the OK button

In Internet Explorer, pull down the Tools menu and select Internet Options
-
Select the Security Tab
-
Click on the Internet icon
-
Select the Medium security level
-
If you get an error "The recommended security level for this zone is High",
click on the Custom Level button, select "Medium" next to Reset To, and click
the OK button
